Greetings, I am Gary. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I currently hold a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. My career journey includes assistant controller, senior, staff, and job cost accountant roles- specializing in progressive construction accounting. I am currently a full-time assistant accounting controller at one of the top 3 largest civil engineering firms in the Southeast of the United States. I currently oversee a $1.2 Billion dollar construction infrastructure project with a 6-year time frame for completion. Prior to my accountancy journey, I was a United States Army solider for 3 1/2 years as a heavy wheeled vehicle operator. My depth of experiences since my entrance into the workforce have groomed me with the ability to paint financial pictures through financial reporting & story telling. When I am not assisting clients, I am typically fishing, reading, or exploring new coffee shops and vinyl listening bars.
